Everything went smoothly from scheduling, reminders and service.

I sit over 3 hours checking my text generated update. It never updated, finally went and ask about an update and told they had ordered a sensor that they were aware of and it wouldn’t be delivered till the next Monday. Unacceptable, why was I not notified immediately when that was discovered.??? A week later I was called to report that the part had arrived and I needed to schedule a time for repair, 2 weeks till that appointment. Appointment completed, I went to pick up. Alert on dash still on and 40 not get it back and reset the warnings. No acceptable. Won’t be back.

Always be Finley and work with you on your appointment and they do a great job making sure my truck has stayed in perfect shape…. I didn’t purchase a maintenance package so I actually just choose to go here.

I had an awesome experience at Jimmy Smith. I spoke with Mike, Service Manager, and he was able to get in my vehicle the very next day. I sincerely appreciate the quick attention to my vehicle issues. While he did not make a commitment to repair my vehicle; he made a commitment to inspect it and discover the root cause of the service light. My car was immediately inspected and REPAIRED within an hour of me bring it into the dealership. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
